New top-of-the-line M300 cameras combine high definition visible light & thermal imaging
Raymarine’s new FLIR M300 Series combines high definition visible light and thermal imaging to produce top-of-the-line marine cameras that are ideal for professional skippers, first responders and discerning recreational boaties.
The sophisticated new M-Series cameras seamlessly integrate with all modern marine navigation systems, including the award-winning Raymarine Axiom MFDs, to provide a far more detailed picture of the waters and objects surrounding the vessel, especially when there is limited visibility.
They also help ensure safer navigation thanks to breakthrough twin stabilisation: with two-axis mechanical stabilisation virtually eliminating the effects of pitch, heave and yaw and secondary electronic stabilisation minimising low frequency rumble and vibration. This enables skippers to enjoy a rock-steady view, even in rough seas.
The colour visible light camera, available in some models, combines long-range 30x optical zoom with outstanding stabilisation and ultra-low light technology to deliver better-than-binocular performance, superior long-range imaging and positive target identification.
The two new flagship models, the dual sensor M364C and M364C LR, also integrate with Axiom MFDs to produce even greater awareness via Raymarine’s patented Colour Thermal VisionTM (CTV) technology. This proprietary multi-spectral imaging technology blends thermal and high-definition visible colour video for enhanced identification of buoys, vessels and other targets at night.
The new M364C and M364C LR models also feature Raymarine’s patented MSX® imaging technology. This extracts edges and borders from the HD visible camera and blends them with the thermal image, making it easier for skippers to recognise distant objects.
M300 is available in differing configurations, visible light only, thermal only, thermal high or low resolution and dual payload (thermal and visible light). Users who interface any of these combinations with Raymarine Axiom will also enjoy Raymarine’s unique Augmented Reality, while thermal users will also enjoy the benefits of Raymarine Clear Cruise.
The new Raymarine FLIR M300 Series of high-end marine cameras is now available through Lusty & Blundell’s nationwide network of leading marine dealers.
